Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PM Server (Full-time) to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth service flow and memorable dining moments. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage food and beverage delivery from kitchen to table with precision, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed during busy periods Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and proper food handling practices at all times Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances service quality Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling beverages and menu items Experience in fine dining environments or nightlife settings like nightclubs is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in restaurant service, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions demonstrates readiness for this role Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
