Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to support kitchen staff when needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and ensuring the dining area remains inviting Use upselling techniques to recommend menu items, drinks, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles enhances your candidacy Join us and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
