Run food, bus tables, reset and change table settings as needed. Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drink offerings. Maintain beverage stations and ensure all condiments are refilled and stocked. Communicate with the Chef regarding items that are running low or any service-related needs. Answer the telephone to take guest orders or reservations in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with food service operations when needed. Change table napkins between lunch and dinner service. Occasionally complete end-of-day check and tally procedures. Demonstrate exceptional reliability and punctuality. Greet and seat guests, share menu specials and dessert offerings. Build rapport with residents by learning their names and making them feel welcome, while maintaining professional boundaries. Support the Chef and team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
