As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service during busy periods. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in a nightclub or fast-paced dining environment is preferred. Proficiency in cash handling procedures with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.
