Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining guest relations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the clover POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that may arise. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction. Process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, especially in a nightclub setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
