Join The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Server - A.M., where you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests during morning hours in a beautiful coastal setting. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously during breakfast service. Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages with barista skills. Present menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service. Other reasonable duties as requested Requirements Previous experience as a server and/or barista preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work early morning shifts. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
