Server (FOH tipped position)

Job description Bilingual Server - The Nazca Lines Restaurant Longwood, FL The Nazca Lines is looking for friendly, professional, and reliable bilingual Servers to join our team. We are a new Peruvian restaurant in Longwood focused on offering great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming dining experience. We are seeking team members who are energetic, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a multitasking role for candidates who enjoy being hands-on and working as part of a team. Our Servers will play an important part in the overall guest experience by providing attentive table service while also supporting food delivery, table maintenance, and beverage service as needed. The ideal candidate communicates well, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Present the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders into the POS system correctly Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Provide attentive service throughout the guest experience Assist with table maintenance, pre-bussing, and resetting tables Support beverage service as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Complete opening duties, side work, and closing duties Work closely with kitchen staff and management Help ensure every guest leaves satisfied

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred Strong guest service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Fluent in both English and Spanish required Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a multitasking, hands-on service role Experience with Toast POS is preferred, but not required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays when needed
