Responsibilities Assist the kitchen staff by expediting food orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests. Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining presentation standards. Support servers by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and providing prompt guest assistance. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay special requests or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, including clearing plates and restocking supplies. Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests confidently. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality background including hotel or banquet experience is beneficial. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach.
