Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Ensure food presentation and quality meet Isla Bella Resort standards before serving. Assist servers by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Uphold Isla Bella's service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment. Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
