We're looking for an energetic and dependable Floor Lead / Server to help us deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences. This hybrid position combines serving responsibilities during the week with floor leadership on our busiest nights. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and can confidently lead the front-of-house team during high-volume shifts.

PM Floor Lead Shifts Friday:

7:00 PM•3:00 AM Approximately 39 hours per week . Responsibilities as a Server (Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday) Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver food and drinks promptly. Upsell menu items, cocktails, desserts, and specials. Maintain clean and organized tables and service stations. Process guest payments accurately. Complete assigned closing duties & any side work. Work as a team to ensure an excellent guest experience. As Floor Lead (Friday & Saturday) Lead the front-of-house team during service. Support and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Coordinate communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management. Monitor ticket times and overall service quality. Assist with seating, table flow, and shift organization. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure staff complete side work and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Step in wherever needed during busy periods to keep service running smoothly. Lead by example while providing excellent customer service. Beverage Knowledge Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails is preferred. Must be willing to learn our cocktail recipes, beer selection, and beverage standards. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when needed to support the bar during busy shifts. Training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Preferred Skills Experience with POS systems (Toast, Clover, Square, or similar). Cash handling experience. Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Compensation Competitive hourly pay (PLUS tips). Starting FROM $15 an hour (PLUS tips). Performance-based raises. This role leads to the opportunity for growth into a management position.
