Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food industry. This role is essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving stations. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Participate in banquet service when required, assisting with set-up and breakdown of events. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Barista experience is beneficial for establishments serving coffee or specialty beverages. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
