FOH:

organize tickets, call orders, and control pacing Inspect plates for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the pass Run food efficiently to the correct tables; communicate dishes clearly to guests Coordinate course timing with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization at the pass and expo station Assist with garnishing, final touches, and light prep as needed Support table resets and overall floor flow during peak service Uphold food safety, allergen awareness, and handling standards Qualifications Prior food runner or expo experience preferred Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay organized under pressure Clear communication and teamwork across FOH/BOH Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and presentation Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly + tips
