Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Support the Captain in delivering seamless service throughout the dining experience, including table maintenance, resets, and service flow. Assist with food and beverage delivery, clearing, and resetting tables in coordination with coursing and pacing. Develop working knowledge of all food and beverage menus to support the Captain in describing dishes, ingredients, and preparations, and take orders when appropriate. Reinforce menu details and respond to basic guest questions, deferring more complex guidance to the Captain. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned sections, service stations, and guest-facing areas. Communicate clearly with the Captain and FOH team regarding table status, guest needs, and timing. Support opening and closing procedures as assigned. Uphold SEIA service standards, presentation, and hospitality language at all times. Actively participate in menu education and service training.Your Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a server role or other guest-facing service support position within a hospitality environment. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a service team. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Genuine interest in hospitality, cuisine, and professional growth.What We Offer:
