Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions accurately. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is required, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Experience in guest relations, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous. Pay Restaurant open hours Wed - Sun 11:30 am - 10 pm Weekends are required for all employees. Pay Wage $10.98 + tip (Our current servers average $20+ an hour)
