Job Overview Join our lively and energetic team Buffalo Wild Wings, where your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for guests enjoying their favorite games and social gatherings. In this dynamic role, you'll serve food and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring every guest feels valued and entertained. Your ability to manage multiple tables, upsell menu items, and maintain a vibrant atmosphere will be key to driving guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, appetizers, and premium dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with a positive attitude Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Support opening or closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and setup or breakdown of service stations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in sports bars or nightlife venues Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere Ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us if you're passionate about delivering energetic service in a vibrant environment where sports fans gather to celebrate their favorite teams!
