19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180 Overview Bakan Wynwood is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure all tables are properly sanitized and set before guest arrival. Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to proper food service etiquette. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and guest services. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices in the food industry. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume experience preferred) Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus) Friendly, confident, and guest-focused personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork mindset and attention to detail
