Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, whether in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub atmosphere. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining proper sanitation and food handling practices. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Prepare tables for service by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs between guests. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of fine dining or nightclub environments being a plus. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
