Seeking energetic and professional candidates who can provide exceptional service in a varying fast-paced to calm environment in a casual elegant manner. French Speaking not required but a definite plus! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude. Present menus, explain daily specials, and take food and beverage orders. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink pairings while upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout shifts. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive attentive service during their visit. Help with take-out orders and maintain a clean workplace. Open and closing shifts a must. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations. A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
