Upward Growth Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations). Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required. •Weekly earnings estimation is with tip income calculated. Tips earned will vary by shifts worked, skill and experience. Base pay for servers is $10.98.
