Position Summary As a Server, you are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests are seated until they leave. Beyond taking orders and delivering food, you are a host, guide, and ambassador for the Nove experience. Successful candidates possess genuine hospitality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Guide guests through the menu with confidence Describe handmade pastas, daily features, cocktails, wine, beer, and espresso offerings Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations Anticipate guest needs throughout service Enter orders accurately into the POS Deliver food and beverages following service standards Ensure proper pacing of courses Maintain clean, organized stations throughout service Process payments accurately Assist teammates whenever needed Complete opening and closing side work Maintain sanitation and food safety standards Represent Nove Pasta House with professionalism at all times What We're Looking For Passion for hospitality Positive attitude Strong work ethic Ability to multitask under pressure Excellent communication skills Team-first mentality Professional appearance Willingness to learn food, wine, coffee, and cocktails Weekend and evening availability Restaurant experience is preferred but we are willing to train exceptional hospitality-minded individuals.
