Part-Time/Full-Time Job Summary Kona Ice Ocala is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Server / Driver . This role involves operating and driving the Kona Ice truck to events, serving customers, and delivering a fun, high-energy experience while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Safely drive and operate the Kona Ice truck to and from scheduled events, parties, festivals, and locations Set up and break down the Kona Ice serving area at each event Serve shaved ice and interact positively with customers of all ages Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Kona Ice brand professionally Handle cash and electronic payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, equipment, and serving area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Assist with restocking supplies and basic truck upkeep Communicate effectively with management regarding schedules, locations, and any issues Requirements & Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely drive a large commercial-style vehicle (no CDL required) Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable transportation to and from the truck location Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed What We Offer Fun, upbeat work environment Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay plus potential tips Opportunity to grow with a local small business
