Responsibilities Assist serving staff with greeting tables, bringing drinks, table cleanlijess and maintaining food quality and presentation standards. Clear and reset tables swiftly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Assist servers with food handling, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience. Support the restaurant team by bussing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining a tidy dining area. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, approachable, and responsive to guest requests or concerns. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting. Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent guest services are key.
