Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation to support kitchen operations when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting hosts/hostesses with guest seating Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or host/hostess roles is advantageous; food industry background highly valued Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in lively environments like nightclubs or restaurants, and want to grow your career in the food industry!
