Server / Cashier - Daytime Hours - No Nights!

Starting at $15 Hourly wage + Tips About the Position We are a busy, customer-focused café and bakery looking for an energetic, reliable Server/Cashier to join our Front of House team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and take pride in delivering top-notch service, we want to meet you! What You'll Do Greet guests, take accurate orders, and serve drinks promptly. Check in on tables for refills, pre-bussing, dessert sales, and guest satisfaction. Handle in-person and phone orders, including custom requests. Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages. Sell pastries, breads, soups, and other bakery items from the counter. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front of House at all times. Work closely with a small, tight-knit team to ensure smooth operations. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills. Punctual and dependable - you show up ready to work every day. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy hours. Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision. Team player with great attention to detail. Previous food service or customer service experience required.
Schedule & Perks Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM No nights - Sundays and Mondays always off! Saturday availability required Competitive hourly pay plus tips Opportunities for growth within the company

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
