Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas throughout service. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing overall guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Uphold the restaurant's standards for food handling and safety at all times. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with bussing techniques and sanitation procedures is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for fine dining and delivering exceptional guest experiences is a must.
