Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are cleared promptly, assisting servers with food delivery, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests' tables Ensure food safety standards are upheld during handling and serving of dishes Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bussing tables and sweeping floors Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen support roles enhances your candidacy Hospitality or hotel experience can provide valuable context for guest interactions Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial for supporting food prep tasks Join us and be part of a vibrant team that values energetic teamwork, exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences!
