Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and Food Runner, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly and our guests delighted. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while providing prompt and friendly food delivery to our guests. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, or portioning to support the kitchen team Serve as a Food Runner by delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables with professionalism and a friendly attitude Support bussing efforts by clearing tables quickly and resetting them for new guests Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues Basic culinary skills such as food preparation or plating are a plus Experience with banquet service or hotel food service is advantageous Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and assisting guests This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary or hospitality careers while contributing to an energetic team.
