Food Runner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all food items are presented according to restaurant standards before serving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables as needed, picking up trash, and emptying trash cans. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A background in culinary arts or hospitality can enhance your application.
