Waiter / Waitress - Momotaro Ramen & Sushi Restaurant We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Momotaro Ramen & Sushi, a vibrant Ramen & Sushi restaurant at Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will create an exceptional dining experience for our guests, sharing your passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods for ramen, sushi, and other Japanese dishes. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently. Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring the correct order and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any requests or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen and sushi chefs to ensure special dietary needs, allergies, and other guest requests are met. Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking as necessary. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and restaurant policies. Qualifications Previous at least 3-year experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
