Prime K BBQ is a new Korean BBQ restaurant in Plantation, FL, offering a premium dining experience with a focus on quality meats and authentic flavors. We take pride in our modern approach to Korean BBQ while maintaining traditional culinary techniques. We are seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Position Overview:

The Server will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service. This role includes guiding guests through our menu, assisting with table grilling, and ensuring all their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, introduce the menu, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Assist guests with table grilling and ensure they are comfortable with the cooking process. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor and anticipate guest needs to provide seamless service. Process payments accurately and handle transactions with care. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a similar role, preferably in an upscale dining environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of Korean BBQ or willingness to learn about the cuisine is a plus.
