Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously as they are seated. Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks, and service. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary. Process payments accurately, handle cash/credit transactions, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards. Work as part of a team to support other staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Basic math and money-handling skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and professional appearance.
