Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server and be the warm, welcoming face that kickstarts our guests' mornings! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional guest service during breakfast hours, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, friendly service during breakfast hours Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, setup, and clearing tables to ensure a seamless dining experience Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation platforms is a plus Fine dining or nightclub experience is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends as needed Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding breakfast experiences!
