Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while managing open tables with OpenTable or similar reservation systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting guests Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively atmosphere where your energy makes every guest's visit unforgettable!
