Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, hospitality-driven environment! Your expertise in food and beverage presentation, customer relations, and restaurant operations will help create memorable dining moments. Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a fine dining establishment, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Host/hostess experience or background in hospitality roles that involve guest interaction is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; a willingness to learn is valued highly Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment!
