Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly using POS systems. Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently through platforms like Toast POS, providing excellent customer service at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, demonstrating knowledge of menu offerings and specials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation, kitchen support, or bussing as needed to ensure timely service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, and process payments with cashiering skills. Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally, fostering a welcoming environment in both restaurant and nightclub settings. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively. Previous restaurant or food industry experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations to ensure quality service. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance. Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation enhances your suitability for this role.
