Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash, credit card transactions, and OpenTable reservations efficiently and accurately Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including fine dining options and culinary specialties Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and sanitation practices as needed Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage Experience in serving, bussing, or hosting/hostess roles demonstrates excellent guest relations skills Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is essential Strong math skills for cash handling, basic math calculations, and POS operations are required Proven ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining quality service Hospitality background with a focus on customer satisfaction will set you apart Join us to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
