Position Summary:
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Additional duties may include mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Servers may also be responsible for driving and operating the beverage cart around the golf course, offering a selection of cold and hot beverages, snacks, and other items to members and guests, as well as perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the beverage cart, including restocking products, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Job Skill/Requirements:
At least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment drug screening, as well as a pre-employment background check at employer's expense.
