Server Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, polished server to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from start to finish — taking orders with confidence, providing menu expertise, and ensuring every table receives attentive, professional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in the art of hospitality, we want to hear from you. Toast POS handheld experience required. Requirements Proficiency with Toast POS is mandatory — applicants without Toast experience will not be considered Minimum 1-2 years of previous server experience required Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings; wine service preferred Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-volume service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Responsibilities Greet guests and guide them through an elevated dining experience Accurately input orders into Toast POS and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, specials, and allergens Deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper service etiquette Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service Compensation Starting at $11.00/hour + tips. Tips significantly increase total compensation.
