The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons in both restaurant and nightlife settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Uphold food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices in the bar area. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Skills Strong background in restaurant or nightclub environments with a focus on guest relations. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is preferred. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
