We have a large patio featuring live music Thursday-Sunday, and we get extremely busy during the weekends! Applicant must have experience in a high-volume, full-liquor venue. Must be available on weekends and live no further than 20 miles from Rick's. Our servers bank!

Requirements Experience:

2 years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or busy patio environment is preferred.

Skills:

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle large sections and multiple tables during peak hours.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Availability:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of food menus, as well as a solid understanding of beer, wine, and cocktail options.

Certification:

Must have a food handlers certification (online course acceptable).

Responsibilities Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, make popular recommendations, and ensure an excellent dining experience.

Efficiency:

Manage a large multi-table section on our high-volume patio while maintaining a fast, upbeat pace.

POS & Cash Handling:

Ring in orders accurately and handle cash/credit card transactions efficiently using the POS system.

Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff, food runners, and bartenders to ensure seamless food and beverage execution.

Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section, pre-bus tables, and assist with side work
