Job Description
L'Amorino is an authentic Italian restaurant in South Tampa. Quality is at the heart of everything we do — from the kitchen team preparing every dish with care and genuine ingredients, to the front-of-house team delivering warm, attentive service. We hold the same high standard on both sides of the pass, and we're looking for an experienced, reliable server who shares that commitment. What You'll Do Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our menu, daily specials, and wine pairings Take accurate orders and enter them into our POS system (SpotOn) Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking in with tables to ensure a great experience Handle payments, split checks, and process transactions accurately Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready throughout service Support teammates with running food, bussing, and resetting tables when needed Communicate guest allergies and special requests clearly to the kitchen What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant (required) Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a big plus — familiarity with regional dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings Italian language skills are a big plus — even conversational Italian helps create an authentic guest experience Genuine hospitality — friendly, attentive, and calm under pressure High standards — you take pride in doing things right, every table, every shift Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Staff meal during shifts A supportive, family-style team environment where quality comes first Consistent full-time hours Opportunity to grow with an expanding restaurant
