Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions efficiently with proper cash handling and basic math skills Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and preparation Assist with food delivery from kitchen to table, supporting food presentation and guest satisfaction Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements for optimal guest flow Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting including fine dining or nightclub environments to deliver seamless service Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving or host/hostess experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with guests of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for supporting food preparation tasks Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cashiering tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
