Overview La Maison, a new restaurant opening in Wellen Park, is looking for several new motivated and friendly servers to join our new team. In this role you will provide exceptional service to our customers.

Candidates will:

• Be friendly, courteous, and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a professional and polite manner.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service to our guests.
• Be wine knowledgeable or interested in learning about wine
• Must be a self-starter that works efficiently with limited direction to identify needs of the business and work with management to implement solutions effectively.
• Assist Guests in food and wine selections, suggesting courses, pairings, explaining specials and answering food and wine questions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and TOAST/OpenTable reservations with precision and integrity Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

From $13.00 per hour
