Position:

Part-Time Cashier /

Phone Associate Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders Provide friendly customer service at the counter Process orders using the Toast POS system Refill dining room stations (plates, napkins, condiments, etc.) Restock beverage fridges and supplies Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Qualifications:

Preferred:

At least 1 year of restaurant or food service experience Experience using the Toast POS system is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
