Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced fine dining server who delivers exceptional, detail-oriented service and creates memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-end, personalized table service Guide guests through menu and wine pairings Maintain precise timing between courses Upsell premium items (wine, specials, tasting menus) Ensure tables meet fine dining standards at all times
Requirements:
2+ years fine dining or upscale restaurant experience Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and cuisine Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle high-pressure service smoothly
Bonus:
Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine or Latin flavors Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Portuguese and the job is yours
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
