Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to support kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing friendly customer service Support the team by managing time effectively during busy periods, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations accurately Food handling expertise along with a solid understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Experience in food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is a plus for supporting overall restaurant flow Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
