Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Hostess, Food Runner to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet members warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Escort members to their tables, ensuring a smooth and welcoming seating process Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to relay guest needs and expedite food delivery as a Food Runner Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables promptly Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with transactions when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and efficiently Support the team during busy service periods by assisting with guest inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions Experience Previous Host/Hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of guest services, serving protocols, and hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude during high-pressure situations Join us to be part of a lively team that values hospitality, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences.
