Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently at the cashier station Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold food safety standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering positive guest relations Support team members during busy hours, including nightclubs or fine dining service, to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and cash handling with accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Experience with serving in nightclub or hospitality settings is advantageous Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills across the food industry, and ready to create memorable moments for every guest.
