Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Provide menu recommendations, upsell specials, and promote featured items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling, serving, and bussing duties Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with opening or closing duties including setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and restocking supplies as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Experience with host/hostess duties or bussing enhances guest flow management skills Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
