In this dynamic role, you'll ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service by delivering food swiftly from the kitchen to tables, while also managing guest seating and reservations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations to optimize seating flow Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu items Retrieve and deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with clearing tables, bussing, and resetting for new guests to maintain cleanliness and readiness Support the kitchen team with food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing transactions Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; training will be provided if needed Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is advantageous Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
